Roleplay Sample:
Erika hopped down from the giant oak tree in her front yard and took of running. Her mother's familiar voice was calling her back to the house. She ran over to the beautiful house overlooking the lake. Her mother ushered her inside handing her a letter. Erika flipped it over and saw the Hogwarts crest.
She ripped the letter open with excitement. It was finally time. She had just recently turned eleven and her Hogwarts acceptance letter was here. She looked up and saw her parents glowing with pride. They both had attended Hogwarts and were looking forward to this moment almost as much as Erika.
Erika quickly read through the list of required items and rules. Erika's smile fell as she saw that first years weren't allowed to tryout for their houses Quidditch team. Erika had be practicing all summer for the chance to make the team. She was a stupendous Chaser. She had been practicing with the Puddlemere United reserve team. Her father was the captain of the team and let her join in.
Maybe, jut maybe they would make an exception for her. Lightened up at the thought of Quidditch Erika bounded up the stairs to her room. Setting her letter down she grabbed up a piece of parchment and a quill. She quickly scribbled down a letter to her brother telling him the good news. She sealed the letter and called her father's owl up. Handing him the letter she laid down on her bed and fell asleep dreaming of her future.
Other: Erika is a total Quidditch fanatic. She has more skill than her mother as a Chaser and she is only eleven. You rarely can find her without her broom dragging along the ground behind her. When she isn't outside playing Quidditch she's doodling scenes from her last match. She rarely pays attention in class and would rather be reading books about Quidditch. She carries copies of "The Handbook of Do-It-Yourself Broomcare" and "Quidditch Throughout the Ages" everywhere she goes. The only class that Erika takes any interest in is Defense Against the Dark Arts.
